MUSCLIFF SCHOOL Young people entering the school to skateboard.

In 3 Months There have been no reported problems for a couple of months now.
SKATE PARK / park To consult young people to see if this is something they would like in the area.
Then would need to look at possible and suitable site and funding.
Setley/cadnam young people would like to have a skate park hear but there could be one put in the Muscliff Park and this space earmarked for development. ALL   Jane to make some enquiries with young people re skate park. Ward Cllrs keeping an eye on this.- e-mail list of parks up for closer to Wendy.
GREEN BELT DEVELOPMENT To stop development on the green belt as there is no infrastructure to cope with this. A petition has been submitted and will find out in June the out come. Cllrs

HICKS FARM / THROOP MILL Conservation area. Working farm shop.

The mill has tenants in
On the forward plan nothing to happen for 2yrs. Trying to keep the mill has it still has equipment in it. There has been a crossing proposed at Church Lane (funding from People Millions) project between Dorset, Christchurch and Bournemouth). Hurn Parish objecting to be completed by 2013. Next Meeting on 8th June at the Christchurch civic centre.      
MUSCLIFF FUNDAY
19TH JULY
History of Muscliff - 30yrs old. Licensing the site - consultation at the area forum to take place on 12th Feb at BSG. Consultation complete funding from Community chest for the licence. Lawrence to submit the application. To be included in the 200 year celebration. Lawrence Robson

PARKING AROUND THE SCHOOLS The school has closed it’s car park in the afternoons and parking has become a big problem. To be looked at in the school travel plans. Zig zag lines needed out side the school on Shillingstone drive. ALL   Need to ask Parking enforcement to attend and police presence.
MUSCLIFF PARK AREA. Gate not being opened on a Thursday Morning.
Young people using the Community centre entrance as a goal.
Problems around the closing of the gate.
Need to confirm who is to lock the gate and when.

SAFER NEIGHBOURHOOD PRIORITIES

NEW PRIORITIES SET
Mopeds on Broadway and alleyways and berry hill Damian dealing with this, gave them section 59.
Need to encourage residents to report incidents.
Speeding - along
Shillingstone, Broadway and Chesildene
Meeting set up with residents to address this.
Look at 30MPH stickers - to order from LIF
Police have done speed gun and found no one speeding.
ASB at the park by youth club young people on Thursday’s Doing Knock and run in Tolpuddle.
Throwing stones at 9pm at houses. Could parks patrols?
