Next Step Careers Advice

Next Step is a publicly funded service, helping adults (aged 19+) get the advice they need for future skills, careers, work and life choices.

Next Step provides information and advice to support adults in making appropriate decisions on a full range of learning and work opportunities.

We want you to be able to choose how to access our advice so we offer a contact centre, a website and also a face-to-face service.

The service is:

• free to all adults in England
• confidential
• impartial
• delivered by qualified careers advisers

We can advise on learning and work, deciding which career would suit you best, searching the local job market and brushing up on your interview skills.
